i'm at a loss as to whether i still need to hand these in since my appeal win.
I'm now in the SG and have not been told if i need to continue with them?
regards Bob.

It usually takes the DWP about 6 weeks to process a Tribunal result, until then you need to continue to provide Fit Notes. The DWP payment system requires an active Fit Note to be recorded on the system while a claimant is appealing, if there is not one, it will stop payments.

When you receive notice from the DWP that you are in the Support Group and that your payments have been adjusted you can stop supplying the Fit Notes.

One other thing Gordon,we have received no money at all from DWP since late May.Appeal was won last wednesday.
do we have to wait a further 6 weeks for our weekly benefit to restart let alone the 19 month back money?

If your payments were stopped because of the time limiting of ESA(CB) then they will not be restarted until the DWP have processed the appeal.

If they were stopped for some other reason then you should be pursuing this with the DWP as payments may not be re-instated until this problem is resolved.

my 12 month esa ran out in may, took till now for the appeal hearing and a favourable outcome.
so i take it we just have to wait for them to fullfill their obligation now?
this all has a huge knock on effect regards us having to claim housing and CT benefit since June.
