I gather that you have been placed into The Work Related Activity Group. (WRAG)

If that is the case, then you may have to take part in WFI's and WRA, see :

If you wish to know how long your ESA award should last before reassessment, you can request the ESA85A Medical Report, you can do this by ringing the phone number on your letter, but you may also wish to back this up with a written request :

If you have been placed into The WRAG in receipt of Contribution Based (CB) ESA only, then you should be aware of this :

12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)

If you have been placed into The Support Group (SG) as it is not entirely clear from your post, then you do not have to take part in WFI's or WRA, and there is no 365 day limit to payment of CB ESA.
