I am currently awaiting a tribunal date, which should be by the end of the year, in respect of the failure to convert my IB to ESA (CB). I currently receive the assessment rate of ESA, which is due to end at the end of October. I will not be entitled to any IB benefit. If the end of my ESA pre dates the tribunal hearing, which seems likely, will I still be required to send in MED3 certificates to the DWP until my claim is finally settled at tribunal?
Thank you, as always, for your invaluable advice.

Whilst it will make no difference in regard to your payments being stopped, it may be an issue in regard to any back payments that would be due should you win your case, so I would recommend that you continue to provide them.
