hi sorry to be a pain but at long last i got to my tribunal hearing for dla and was awarded middle rate disability indefinite period and also high rate mobility for an indefinite period back dated to the 18 01 12 can you please tell me how will these efect me with pipdo i have to apply for it

As your DLA awards are indefinite, you should not be invited to claim PIP until after October 2015, at the earliest.

I currently get an indefinite award of disability living allowance (DLA). Will I be automatically entitled to personal independence payment (PIP)?

What is the timetable for introducing personal independence payment (PIP)?

You will not have to instigate an application for PIP, you will receive a letter when the time comes, inviting you to apply for it.
