I am concerned that the letter talks about you applying again rather than renewing so I would recommend that you contact the DLA Unit to find out what is going on, especially as it is now too late to make a new claim for DLA.

The fact that you are no longer attending the hospital is not necessarily a problem, many patients are "parked" by the NHS when there is no practical treatment for their condition other than the medication that they are currently taking.

Include the medical evidence that you have, explain that your conditions are the same or worse, assuming that is the case, and you your care and mobility needs in detail.

The important thing is that they are treating it as a renewal, there should be a date on the letter by which the forms have to be returned by.

Do not forget that it is unlikely that the DWP will refer to your previous claim forms so make sure you answer each question in depth.

Our DLA Claim guides are on the following link.

Thanks Gorden
He did say they they look at my past paper work and as for a date on the letter to get it back to them he said that as long as i get it back to them before it runs out that's OK
Now i worried as to should i phone again and see whats said of should i just fill it out, she see what happens
But we don't have a Dial near us and i now looking for someone to help me fill out the form as i really dont think i can face going to trial at a appeal again. I am in east kent and cant find a place to go to
Thank for your help Gorden
