I have been on incapacity for around 8 years getting full mobility and middle care rates following medical. I then had the dreaded letter about migrating to Esa. I returned the form by the date requested but have heard nothing since then and it is nearly 10 weeks ago. I do not want to ring them but has anybody and ideas of what is going on or is it usual to wait this long for a decision? thanks

It is hard to say how long it will be before you hear anything as it can be quite variable from one claimant to the next.
If you are happy that ATOS have received the ESA50, then the ball is in their court. Your only option would be to contact ATOS for an update.
