What will i get?

Have had a phone call and got a letter saying they have looked at my case again and no need to go to appeal as I was granted the 15 points needed for the support group and would be re-assessed in 12 months time.
I followed what you said in your guides so thanks for that.
My question is it did at one point say I wouldn’t be any worse off as transferring from IB to ESA.
Will I get the amount back dated to the day my IB stopped or will I just continue to get the £71.70 for another 2 weeks and then it will go to the support group of £106.50
Thanks for your help again

I sent in a letter informing them of where the xxxx were on the paperwork and highlighted a few other facts like they said they sent me the ESA50 form and I informed them they in fact sent me the ESA50 03/ll.

Hi w,
Are you sure that you have been placed into The SG, as being awarded 15 points only places you into The WRAG, although some of The WRAG Descriptors that score the maximum 15 points correspond to some of The SG Descriptors.
WRAG (LCW)Schedule 2 Descriptors
SG (LCWRA)Schedule 3 Descriptors
Once you are successfully transferred to ESA from IB, IS or SDA, (as it appears that you now have been) you should receive no less than you were previously receiving before transfer under Transitional Protection:
What will I be paid?
Any back pay owed, which will be the difference between the £71.70 that you have been receiving, and what you would have received if successfully transferred in the first instance, should be owed to you from the active date of the fit for work (0 points) decision.

Thanks so much for your help
The letter states that it has been determined that by reason of his physical condition at least one of the descriptors set out in schedule 3 to ESA regulations apply to place Williams and he has limited capability for work related activity. He will be placed in the support group
Thanks again
