After 2 rescheduled appointments made by ATOS and being told at the medical centre I should never have even been requested to attend my ESA medical last Monday as there had been errors in processing my esa form. I still had to wait 50 mins before they told me.
Thank you for all your advice, suggestions and support and making all the resources and guides available without which my support worker would not have been able to fight my case.
Thank you all very much.

If you wish to know when to expect reassessment you can phone DWP and ask for the 'prognosis' and/or write and ask for a copy of your paperwork.
Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Just a quick query:
I don't have a date for the prognosis and possible next reassessment.
As my review date was 27 February 2013 and waited 7 months before being called for the medical on the 29th July 2013, is it legally possible for ATOS/DWP to just award my qualification into the support group just until 27th February 2014 ?? e.g 6 months
What paperwork should I request to get all prospective dates for any future reviews/assessments etc ??
I have recieved the dwp usual letter explaining my payments etc along with another one informing me I can only volunteer for work focussed interviews. Nothing about length of SG award and duration.
Can you please advise what I should request.

Hi ngu1967,
As the actual decision will not have been made by The DWP ESA DM until after the "medical" on the 29th July 2013.
Your prognosis should run from the date of the actual decision.
You can ring the 0845 number on the letter, they may have the prognosis of the award on-screen.
If you want it in writing, you can make a written request :
There should be an ESA85 Medical Report which should contain the prognosis, and give you some idea why you were given The SG award.
There will also be an LT54 Form compiled by the DWP DM.
ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

How often will I be reviewed
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS
You could issue the SAR in the form of a letter, or use the SAR Form :
SAR Form Download
From this page :
DWP Data Protection Policy
Address any SAR, FAO : The Data Controller at the address of the Benefits Office on your letter.
It may help if you write DPA 1998 SAR in front, top, left of the envelope.
