New ESA50 less than 12 months since the last one?

Hi CL,

You don't have to provide any telephone number contact details in the section of the form regarding "Contact" for a F2F, if you do not wish to, nor do you have to answer such a call, even if they ring as they already have your telephone number.

You would receive written confirmation, if a F2F was deemed necessary.

If your ESA50 has to be back with ATOS by this Thursday, 22/08/13, you could post it first thing Wednesday 21/08/13, by guaranteed next day special delivery.

Of course, this will be more expensive than normal first class recorded delivery.
