Re Support Group Descriptor ?

What I can't understand is that I understood that in the
Manual Dexterity -Cannot either:
1/ press a button, such as a telephone keypad OR
2/ turn the pages of a book with either hand
I thought and still think that to qualify meant - can't do 1 task or both to meet the criteria, or is it that someone has to be unable to complete both tasks to meet the descriptor support group.
Am I wrong to think this?

It is an inclusive OR
- if you cannot press a button, such as a telephone, or
- if you cannot turn the pages of a book, or
- both of the above apply
The problem must exist for the majority of the time in both hands, if you are only affected in one hand, even if it is your dominant hand, you swill not score points.

Hi ESA H,
- if you cannot press a button, such as a telephone
but you can turn the pages of a book
This puts you in The SG.

- if you cannot press a button, such as a telephone,

If both the above apply, this also puts you in The SG.
