I have been sent a DLA renewal form to fill in, however, because of my condition, I find it easier to fill forms in on computer. Is there anywhere that I can find the form online now that DLA has been replaced?

It would appear that the downloadable claim forms have been removed, your only option is to complete the paper form and add additional pages as needed.
