Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Just to make sure I understand the sequence of events.
- You were placed in the WRAG
- You appealed to be placed in the Support Group
- As you were receiving ESA(CB) your payments ceased after 365 days
- you started receiving NI Credits
- you had an appeal hearing and the panel removed your original WRAG award
- you now receive nothing. not even NI Credits.
This being the case your only option is to make a new claim for ESA(IR).

OK, if you are still receiving NI Credits, you are still technically in the WRAG and you still have Limited Capability for Work!
You do not need to make a new claim for ESA, in fact you cannot, you just need to contact the DWP to see whether you are eligible for ESA(IR), if you are then payments should be re-instated from when your ESA(CB) stopped, if you are not, then you will only be entitled to payment if at some time in the future you are placed in the Support Group.

That is good news SB !!!!
Thanks for the update.
As you are now in receipt of IR ESA, there is no 365 days time limit, and you will continue to receive IR ESA for as long as you are entitled to it.
Being in receipt of IR ESA, may also passport you to other things, such as free prescriptions and dental care, HB and CTS.
