I see that you mention walking, if you only referred to walking in the ESA50 and appeal, this may be your downfall.
Actvity 1. Mobilising, takes into account walking with aids such as a walking stick, OR self propelling a manual wheelchair unaided, even if you have never used such a wheelchair.
Further, if you have not stipulated any distance at all that you can mobilise, even if less than the 50 metres, this may also have gone against you.
I would advise that you review our guides regarding this.
Have a look at Activity 1 of the :
WRAG (LCW)Schedule 2 Descriptors
And the :
SG (LCWRA)Schedule 3 Descriptors
Regarding "Mobilising"

Just reading where you say "if youv failed to stipulate any distance at all that you can walk this may have gone against you".
I know this is regarding EAS but Im just completing my renewal for DLA and thought I read your guidelines where it says you may be best not to tick any of the boxes in the mobalising section if they dont give a clear picture to the distance you can walk and how fast you walk and instead cover the issue fully under other information.
Have I misunderstood something here as i dont want to do it wrong. Id welcome your advice on this.
Thanks

Hi m,
As you may know the mobility (walking) test for DLA, and the mobilising test for ESA are different.
My comment was made as it seemed that cwae had not ticked any of the boxes, nor had they gone into any detail regarding how far they could actually mobilisise. To gain access to The SG you must not be able to mobilise 50 metres or more.
So it is fine not to tick a box, if none of them are applicable, but you should then go into detail regarding your own particular limitations.
