hi everyone,sorry to bother you ,just wondered how long does a appeal take, even thou i explained to them ,that i broke a bone in my neck,which crushed my spinal cord,which as given me real bad limp,and need a walking stick to get about,and then can only walk about 40 mtrs,they still put me in the wrag group,as i said sorry to bother people about this,i am new to this site,kind regards terry

There is no prescribed timescale, appeals can take anywhere between 6 and 12 months on average.
