Tribunal on 12/1/13 need help please! was created by dancingboy1989
Hey

Was hoping someone could help me, my mum had tribunal on Saturday and we need some help! anything is welcome, we have been waiting at least 16 months for this and are extremely nervous.

I've read through some guides but not quite up on the terminology.
Mum was on esa for number of years and last year was stopped without notice then went to medical interview with a very grumpy lady who basically twisted everything and during this medical was snacking away on her crisps. I've been reading through notes from medical where she uses the term 'can't be bothered' a lot which is very untrue! We have sent medical certificates in every month from doctor and have submitted these as evidence for tribunal but not sure what else to take with us? or what should be prepared for? Is there anything we can say to help the case? This is all so confusing and is really harming my mums health. Any help will be greatly appreciated

thanks

You say that your mum had a tribunal on Saturday. I presume this was a typo? Assuming that to be the case, you might find this FAQ helpful (FAQs can be found in the 'spotlights' section of this forum).
