ESA Appeal Tribunal was created by leroy16
Hi,
Just had my ESA tribunal today. No points at medical to support group at tribunal. I guess they may try to appeal themselves. It has helped to read others successes and to find all the help and guidance on this site, this has probably kept me going the last 9 months. Thank you

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The appeal result can only be appealed, by either side, due to an error of law. The DWP cannot appeal this just because they don't like the outcome.

Hi Taz14
Congratulations for winning your appeal.
It is quite rare for the DWP to appeal a tribunal decision and as Mrs Hurtyback says, they only do this in certain circumstances, so don't feel it's more likely because you jumped from zero to SG. (They probably have many such appeals on their books).
Best of luck
Derek
