Just a quick thank you to benefits and work for their sound advice. I was placed again in to the wrag group but appealed then my cb esa ran out (30/04/2012)was advised they had revised the decision in my favour. great site!


PS my letter does not tell me how long the award is for? how will i know? Do i get any arrears? thanks again!

You will not automatically be told when to expect reassessment. You will be able to get an idea of this if your request your statement of reasons.

ESA awards normally apply from the date of the Decision, so you should not expect back payments from when your ESA was stopped until now.
