Hi,
just wanted to say thank you to this site & the online guides x.. I received my decision today & have been placed into the Support Group.. Have not been called for an assessment - but I do think my doctor's letter helped a great deal.. I didn't include any extra pages, but did use the downloaded form, so was able to write more information..
This process has caused me so much stress & anxiety - as it does for everyone.. Am just glad its over, for the time being x
