Support Group Award

I have just been awarded ESA in the Support Group and found the information and advice you provided invaluable(and also received an increase in Benefit). They asked me the questions as you laid out in your booklet so I was well prepared and I also had my medical recorded incase I needed to appeal and this was no problem.

Your advice made a very stressful situation a little easier and as I have Fibromyalgia you will also hopefully help others with this variable condition.

Ive looked at the guides but was trying to narrow it down to a particular booklet. Ive been looking at the guides so much I think my mind is in a B & W guide haze, ha.
