Hi R,
You can access The Benchbook, in which guidance is given to the Tribunal Chairman on Tribunal Procceedings, there are also many other DLA Guides on the same link, here. :

Also be aware, that you will be asked how you got there, all aspects of your demenor will be observed whilst there.
Try to stay calm, the tribunal panel deal with many many appellants, so are used to different types of appellants.
It should be conducted as a pretty low key affair, there should be a panel of 3, a chairman, a medic, and a diasbled panel member.
If you put Tribunals, or Appeals into the search engine above the logout box, many threads should come up.
