how do i find out the descriptors? i tried citizens advice bureau but they didnt help me!

You'll find them on page 24 of the Understanding ESA guide.

right so does that mean that the descriptors and the issues listed 1. 2. 3. etc in Limited capability for work-related activity test just under the question on page 24? because a few of them apply to me.

Yes, if any one of the numbered descriptors on page 24 or 25 apply to you, that can be the basis of your support group appeal.

Only one needs apply but if more than one applies you can argue each descriptor.

If your GP can provide any further supporting evidence specifically to the descriptor(s) that apply that would help.

i have had a thorough look at the descriptors and found that 6 apply to me. so i will keep those in mind, and put them forward. thank you.
