Hi Marie

My initial ESA Medical was June 2010 and I had my result posted to me about 10 days later, which accumulated to 0 points. I immediatly asked for my results to be looked at again and was informed that I still earned 0 points. I then went down the appeal route in November and in March recieved a letter from the appeals asking if I still wanted to go ahead, which I did. My appeal date was 21st June 2011 and, after going through the results of my 2010 medical and explaining how wrong the nurse that carried out that medical got it wrong, I was awarded WRAC. I got my decision on my appeal on the same day.
Keep going, don't give up and good luck for the future.

Well done Sufferer for winning your appeal. I like the way you say 'accumulated to 0 points'. :)

Hello Sufferer,
I have been ill since the medical. I was hoping that I would eventually feel better; maybe not.
Thank you for giving me the details of your experience with this horrible process. I will be looking out for the dreaded brown envelope.

I think i will get the GL24 (?) in advance....
