ESA Appeal Query was created by Elizabeth
I am waiting my tribunal for appeal for ESA. I had a phone call from JCP a short time ago out of the blue asking if I had any evidence I could give them. I said that I didnt know what else they were looking for and he went off the phone. On retrospect is it too late to get my GP to write a descriptive letter to use as evidence for me and is it too late now? Would the tribunal go ahead anyway? Thank you for any replies :-)

You can send evidence to the tribunal up to a couple of weeks before the hearing, but the DWP does review cases when they go to tribunal, so the more evidence in your favour that you can give them, the better.

Do familiarise yourself with the criteria for ESA and make sure your GP's letter covers the specific issues that relate to the points you think you should have had.
