I think you have misunderstood what I meant
You are perfectly correct that a Tribunal can only look at your condition as it was at the time of the Decision that is appealing, however, for DLA, awards are made for a specific period, so when I said "subsequently" I meant it in the context of the duration of the award, not interms of them considering your health over that period.
