breath due to Pulmonary Embolisms in the past, plus a person suffering from
Angina, and there own GP stating that this person is unfit for employment,
plus being on Incapacity benefit till 2014 renewal date, and maybe moved
onto the new welfare reform ESA sooner then the expiry date of incap

finding this information, thanks very much in deed for taking the time in

Have a look at the following document.
www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2011/228/made/data.pdf
Page 4 onwards describes the tests fot the ESA medical, you need to score 15 or more to be found unfit for work.
I am sorry that we do not have a more user friendly version at the moment, but we are updating the guides to reflect a change in the tests. A new guide should be available next week.

Pulmonary Embolisms would be due to something like a dvt in the leg and once treated should not cause shortness of breath, the same type of clots you get in the leg can also cause heart attacks
the angina would as would damage to heart through attacks cause short of breath
points wise having angina how far can you walk before pain/discomfort ?
also are you having tests to see cause of heart attacks ? are you on any medication that causes problems ? that might score points ?
