Hi I would also think that the fact that you are having your ESA medical in the next few days, gives you the opportunity to discuss the ins and outs of your present condition of which the outcome should be (and i say should be!) passed onto the BDC that administers your ESA. This is after all meant to be an up to date review. I can understand if you have a DLA claim underway and that there is more avenue for discussion planned at the mo, then perhaps I would have asked the same question as you. But like everybody has said, at the end of day unless you have had a material improvement in your condition, it is the effect of your illness, rather than the illness itself that holds the key.
