NEW MEDICAL ESA

what is this new esa does it apply to just mental health and or physical? how harsh is this new esa medical as my mum is on ib through all of her health problems. im confused.

The new Work Capacity Assessment covers both mental and physical health. I regret to say that it is harder to pass than the old one.

Steve will be updating the guides in due course, but at the moment the DWP have released little information about how they will be applying the new test or the guidance to doctors and decision makers.
