Id this right?

'Because of your physical or mental health condition or learning disability, there would be a substantial risk to the mental or physical health of any person, including you, if you were found not to have limited capability for work.'

Surely the word 'not' should be removed from there? I assume the thrust of this question is to determine if it's safe to send you out to work, albeit in a limited capacity, and that it wouldn't be dangerous to you or other people if you're put into work. That's the only way I can make any sense out of it - am I missing something?

Hi Bill,

The 'not' needs to be there to make it say what you, correctly, think it means.

'found not to have limited capability for work' means found fit for work.

It's a sort of double negative and, I agree, difficult to get your head around.
