i got middle mob and low care but now nothing and yes i feel your right thay are cutting us now

you must be mistaken there are only 2 rates of mobility and three of care

Hi jacqui, I know exactly how you are feeling you are not alone.I suffer from mainly the same as you, CFS/ME,chronic fybromyalgia,Tietzes syndrome,capsulitis in both shoulders I wont go on & I also had my DLA of high rate mobility and low rate care not renewed, they said I didnot qualify anymore.I am still waiting for my appeal date( appeal put in in sept10). You havent to take it personally and just prepare as well as you can for the tribunal. Dont give up!!!!

wow thats unreal Melady well i got the phone call from the beefits helpline and she told me basicly what i thought and yes i just have to wait for this from to come so i can now appeal and i will i really need to get help but i really not sure how i cant get a phone call in to CAB no answer at all i no thay are very busy people,
and i Gave dwp a 3 hour window as to what time thay could phone today as i had to go yet again to the doctors and yep thay phone 20 minutes before i had to leave to get to the doctors but that have passed on the letter to the complaints and i was asored that the complaining Will not go on my files for any use at all
but NO i will not give it i will hopefuly get what i have to say across

You can rest assured that any complaint wont go on your file they would have to find it first

Being serious the DWP like any big company has complaints every day and has departments to deal with them, they IMO play lip service and nothing more
