esa pionts sheet

hi hope some one can help. applied for esa in june 09 placed in wrag group, didnt ask for the otas pionts sheet for 09 at that time . .failed next otas med in dec 10 completly no award atall when i rang them to say i was appealing and to forward on a appeal form plus the pionts sheet for dec 10.I ALSO ASKED FOR THE POINTS SHEET SCORE FOR THE 09 MED recieved appeal form and score sheet today only 2010 scor sheet no 09 score sheet do you know if i can get it as no circumstances has changed and i could argue that at the appeal many thanks marina.

Hi Marina,

If they still have a copy, which they should as it's stored on computer, then they are legally obliged to provide you with it.

Write again asking for a copy and say that you want your request treating as a subject access request under the Data Protection act.
