The Work Focussed Interview is standard for all members of the Work Related Activity Group, you are required to attend six such interviews.
As far as I am aware, and I'm sure I will be corrected if not
these JCP staff are not normally part of the medical review process, so would not be involved in calling you in for a new medical.
Perhaps you don't look ill enough when you've met with them
