Forums closing at weekends

Hi All,

We've decided to close both forums each weekend from 6pm on Friday until 10am on Monday.

We're doing this because of the strain placed on our moderators by the increased number of posts since the spending review.

I know that this will be a disappointment to some of you, but I do hope you'll understand that all of our mods have long-term health conditions themselves and it's very easy for them to overdo things in a desire not to keep people waiting for their post to be published and answered.

They do a splendid job and we'd like to make sure that they are still around and able to continue supporting members over the coming - probably rather tough - months and years

A couple of days rest has to be all for the good.

I'm afraid not Bluejay. The problem is we may have 200 posts to clear on Monday morning!
