Anotjher thing I am not sure about incoem support but permitted earnings in IN/ESA allow the amount to be averaged over a period where there is an irregular pattern say ina self employed initiaive as the work. If this article takes many weeks, can the £50 be averaged so not to exceed a weekly limit I really dont know . Its an unusual project but if it doesnt get declared and they find out it

The following is with regards to IS ( I dont know about JSA )

During the days of earning £15 per week while on IS, you still had to declare any income even if under £15.

The rules state very clearly you must declare ALL earnings regardless of the amount.

Survivor's story was the same has mine. I declared a couple of £15 payments and my benefit was stopped and I was asked to produce pay slips. Even though I informed the DWP.

It took months to sort out.

It looks like the £20 applies whether or not you get DLA, provided that the IS is on the basis of incapacity for work.

need to be sure though, this may be a non disabled single jobseeker,. I am almost sure if it is then the limit is a fiver a week, have been checking but no results so far
