Thank you for the advice. I will do exactly that. They have now sunk to a new low they are trying avoid a subject access request. Claiming they received it a day later than they did and also demanding it is resent on their form or they will ignore it. This is an unnecessary delaying tactic. According to their website where it tells you what information to include you can write a letter OR use their form.
The day after they received my complaint and subject access request they took my claim off the system to make it a clerical claim. Now I wonder why they did that??
They also reinstated my ESA claim and restarted payments at last. They now claim I have been on contribution based ESA not income related but I can easily prove thats not true.
