I recall the first 3 years benefits are fully repayable. I had to pay £60,000 from a £70,000 payout 10years ago for medical negligence,which is the worst experience a human being on benefits could ever go through.A fight against the med profession is even worse than anything anyone here would go through in any atos .or con/dem, benefit culls. A real horror story,and no individual could care ,saying what else do you want?I mean so what if your spinal nerves are cut, get on with it. Still trying .
