Thank you Julie - I couldn't believe it when she said that and I quoted the info from the letter they had sent us! I am going to get in touch with CAB on Monday, will let you know how we get on.

I'm with Julie on this. How bl00dy dare they???%%$£$ Incompetent nincompoops that they are, where on earth do they recruit these people from and did they leave their caring attitude at home??

Crikey I despair sometimes...I really do. I've got my own MA coming up with ATOS in two weeks, I gave up self employment in 1999 and retrained myself to take a desk job...of sorts, I soldiered on for a further nine years until I could do no more and my employer made me redundant because they said they could make no further adjustments for me. I'm fully expecting to be told I can work and should be out of ESA. Oh if only I could wave a wand at these muppets every last one of them!

God bless and good luck to you both. Keep hugging one-another and don't let them grind you down.

Good luck with your MA. I have to say that we have no complaints about the MA, the staff were very polite and apologised for keeping us waiting, the doctor listened to what my husband said and cut the medical short as he said he could see a significant problem with mobility, so we were only in there about 15 - 20 mins. We even got the decision in 4 days - it's the JCP staff that I am angry with! I hope all goes well for you - are you taking someone with you for support?
