Won ESA Appeal but!

Would you believe a link to this conversation im this forum is also on that google search as well I just hope many people read it to see what is really going on

i recently after 20 year om i.b. then e.s.a won my appeal in jan, got put into work related group,went in with 0points came out with 27,the in aug got a esa50,again got0 points took off yet again and may need to wait aother 7mth for appeal,cant believe it,but in the long run its better at a appeal,won 2in 3yr,hope it makes you feel better,dr giving me sick lines just now and states i am not fit for work,depp,anxiety and drug depandantis why i claim.

They DWP tried this one on me exactly the same, I wrote to my MP Meg Munn. They then wrote to her and said that it was wrong, I would not be required to Fill in another ESA50 until six months were up.

All his monies and new rates he is entitled to, will be backdated.
