I am currently filling in the DLA434 on behalf of my mum.
Unfortunately, my handwriting is terrible and I get writers cramp very very easily.
I can, however, touch-type!
Would it be acceptable to the DLA for me to type out all of the answers on separate sheets (numbered) and then, in the boxes on the form simply write "see sheet number xx" ?
Is this likely to anger the decision maker or is it considered acceptable?

It is perfectly acceptable to proceed as you have suggested, but ensure that your mum's name and national insurance number are recorded on every additional sheet.
