recommending this site

I am a member of a society that is concerned with my particular disability. I have noticed from their forum that many of the members are having problems with regard to benefits - specifically it would seem because it is a fluctuating condition. Would it be acceptable for me to post on their forum recommending this site? It is a well-known, highly regarded national Society and I would be surprised If B&W was unknown to them. However I came across B&W purely by accident so the info may be of interest and help to some others

That would depend more on the rules of the forum you wish to post on, anyone can link to any site they wish, if they own the site they are posting on.

However, if you are using a site belonging to someone else, you have to abide by the rules of that site, some allow the posting of links, some dont. Some only allow under certain circumstances.

The site in question should have a set of terms and conditions/rules, have a check, perhaps, if you cant find out, ask them on that site what the rules are regarding recommending other sites/posting links.

I regularly tell people how great this site has been for me when replying to questions about benefits on other sites. I've no idea if anyone has followed my advice and joined, but you never know.

I'm an administrator on a IBD website/forum,I will also add the link we have many members who have had problem's claiming benefits.

Hi bonnie, I have suffered from severe IBS (i know its not IBD) But a lot of the symptoms are quite similar,I would welcome any advice from you, But the owner of the site, Steve donnison. (IN MEMBERS SECTION) Has done a very good guide for people with Chrones/colitis problems etc.I was at first tested for more or less everything Bowel related. Best Wishes
