The DLA form on this site seems different to the one I just got from DWP. Is mine just a later one? thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You don't say whether you are referring to an initial DLA claim form or a renewal claim form, but acccording to the Directgov website, the latest version is dated November 2009.
In any event, it doesn't matter which version you have received, as long as you use the guide(s) for completion in the members resources section.

Hi sammy. Just wanted to let you know that apart from dotting the i's and crossing the t's...I'm nearly finished!....It's taken me 4 weeks to do (ME fog and other problems that nearly put paid to me completing it at all !!! )...but bit by bit it's practically there.
Thank goodness for the guides here....I feel capable to help others now if they need it...especially the ME bits too.
So good luck and if I can help then just holler!
xx
