Preparing for work

I've had a work focussed interview, and afterwards my commitments was changed to 16 hours per week - where I will prepare for work. What does preparing for work mean?

I had a Work Focussed interview over the phone, the work coach didn't mention anything about work preparation activity. We spoke about how my health limits my mobility. Two heart attacks - heart disease, and spinal and leg problems. I don't know whether it's because the UC computer system is still a beta version. My work activity section says I don't need to look or apply for jobs. I've not agreed to do any voluntary work, all I need to do is report any changes in my circumstances. Yet in the commitments section it says I have to do 16 hours a week preparing for work.
