Hi had call a from the dwp asking a few quick questions about my claim I asked for a mandatory reconsideration few weeks back asked if my meds where still the same told no on different ones also read out a letter about my condition that the doctor wrote as they hadn’t received it yet it took my surgery over 3 weeks to get a letter also I won an appeal in relation to the leap review sent them the appeal award letter person on the phone said I should hear back within a week to 10 days or so so can I ask if this a positive sign.
I'm afraid I have no idea. You can't take anything from these phone calls. I honestly can't say either way, but I hope you hear soon and that it's a positive outcome.
