Review for PIP/ADP was created by Wee H
Hi everyone hope you are well, for years I gave been on originally pip enhanced for both and was a no end date but I moved to Scotland 8 months ago and as far as I am aware my PIP which is now ADP is due for review in 6 months.
I am so anxious about this losing sleep worried and it's making me more ill. I had accident due to drunk driver 2002 left in a coma stroke and severe brain injury affecting so many areas of my life.
I know some may not know about ADP here but sure it would follow PIP rules. Hope someone can help im as I said just terrified and dont know how to face this 😟

Hi Wee H
I'm sorry for the delay in answering your post.
I assume when you say that you moved to Scotland 8 months ago, that you moved before November 6, 2025. I only ask because, from November 06 transfers were no longer automatic.
There are different rules about ADP, which you can read about in the Guide to PIP claims and reviews, which is on page 4. It also says "... the qualifying conditions for ADP, including the points system, remain the same as PIP for the present. So, information in this guide on what sort of details you need to give and how points are scored is just as relevant – and vital – for ADP as it is for PIP."
I know some of our members have had the experience of being reviewed under ADP, and hopefully some will report on their experience.
