Hi Sum

I think you have to try and look on the bright side that possibly " no news is good news".
If you are worried though you could ask your MP to make representations.

Hi David ,

I am worried about delays in resolving payments and settling. Clmt has expenses, but no income and no bens except enh mobility. he doesnt drive and not legally allowed to.

Just wanna understand the impact of the overpayment on his finances.

while waiting i'm trying to sort out the home for him. I've just initiated a cleaner to help maintain the house in a habitable condition which cost ££

then theres daily living and repairs - currently no electricity to parts of the house and theres a rodent issue too !!! Cant really make plans and move forward with major spending with this debt looming.

i get choked up just describing his situation on here 😭

Hi Sum

Council's now have Crisis and Reslilience Funds for which your relative may have eligibility. Have you had a look at your Local Authority's website?
