Good Afternoon ,
Please update and list each document I am required to post to DVLA in Swansea ?
And a cheque for £ 97. 50 p ?
Last year I posted the Original Pip entitlement statement , of which DVLA stamped and returned it back to me .

Can this only be claimed when you are applying for new road tax.
I just renewed mines and was not aware of this reduction.
Can you please tell me what paperwork I need to send and what department of the dvla to sent to.

You can still apply for a reduction. It is done through the post office. All the information is on the link above. Click on the link to Post Office and it tells you what documents you need.

Just to let you know the backlog is really bad. I contacted them in late August last year after submitting in May. They stated that they were just starting March's applications. It eventually took 11 months. They didn't even notify me by letter (or it was lost in the post). The way I became aware was on this year's council tax bill.
