Hi we receive uc as a couple my wife is approaching 60 and can take a small pension £120.00 per month would how this effect our UC and esa or would it be stopped completely,thanks
Pension income for UC purposes is unearned income and is deducted from the UC £ for £. Have you tried using a Benefits calculator such as Entitledto.co.uk ?
