I was awarded PIP for 6 years back in 2020. My PIP runs out on 9th January 2026. How soon before the expiry date do DWP send out a review / renewal? What determines whether I'm like to be called in for interview. (I get Lower Rate for Daily Living and High Rate for Mobility.)

I'm surprised that you haven't already received the form, as they can be sent up to a year before the end date. It's up to you what you do next - you can either ring and ask them when you can expect the form or you can just wait for it to arrive.

Hi thought I'd give you my experience , I was due a review by November this year , so no year before review for me ! I received my review form on 22nd of September .
