I’ve been asked by DWP to supply ID, bank statements for a UC review. I’m the DWP appointee for my daughter’s UC and PIP. The payments are made into an account in my name. I transfer the monies monthly into a current account I hold with my wife. DWP are asking for statements for my current account. Is this something I have to allow?
Your question is not something we can answer, only you can answer that question, as an appointee you would have been informed about reviews carried out by DWP.
