Not sure if my last message was posted! Very new to this! So will try again,apologies!having had bowel cancer 11 years ago have been in receipt of esa income related,support group ever since.Recently I got the migration letter! Sent off the application but I have no photo Id so I was informed I would receive a phone call,didn’t happen but got a message on my journal calling me in for an Id check in a couple of days! My problem is that am very anxious,ill health and have ordered a citizen card but this won’t arrive for another couple of weeks! Can I request a phone Id appointment instead,would be a lot more comfortable doing this,many thanks
