Fit notes ESA was created by Jh5784
We are applying for ESA credits. Fit note ran out of 18/06 but text msg says fit note due 25/06. I rang as the dates do not match.
Anyway they say the fit note is due inline with payment days for those who get payment.
How does this work thanks?

There used to be internal instructions to ESA staff to allow upto a 10 day gap between Fit notes.
